Health and safety first. Due to concerns of food cross-contamination, I never accept returns of any kind by any customer. This means all sales are final, and no returns will be accepted, no exceptions.

Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations.

SECURED PAYMENT:
All baked goods transactions are paid in full in advance via the secured website.

Once the payment is made in full, contact Cookierista to set up an appointment (date and time) for pick up during operational hours, by the customer at the address provided during appointment scheduling. Location Avalon Park 32828.

RESALE IS PROHIBITED:
The state of Florida prohibits the resale of any of our baked goods/products. NO RESALES OF COOKIERISTA, LLC BAKED ITEMS ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR PASSED AS SOMEONE ELSES' WORK!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Cookierista, LLC is a one-person home bakery business. I bake fresh in small batches and can only offer limited quantities. Hours of operations may vary as my family comes first. Thank you kindly for your understanding and continued support of my small business and shopping local!

ORDERS TURN AROUND TIME:
For French Macarons, I require a minimum one-week advance notice to place your minimum orders be including letter and number macaron cakes. For large bulk custom orders, please allow a minimum of one-month advance notice to place your macaron order.

For gourmet deep dish cookie cakes, please allow 48 hrs advance notice to place your order. For custom gourmet letter and number cookie cakes, I require a minimum of one month advance notice to place your order.

CUSTOMER PICKUP:
Please note for online orders, if you're a no-show to our scheduled pickup appointment, you will not receive a refund, no exceptions.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Please note, I do not respond to social media messages, or emails during closed hours. Time off is for family time. Otherwise, I will respond on at my earliest  availability during the operational business hours listed below. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
