Cookie Cake: Letter
The letter cookie cake is stacked, available in several base specialty flavors, paired with your choice of either chocolate, vanilla, or cream cheese icing. Fillings can be added to enhance the cookie cake flavors. The perfect way to celebrate birthdays, milestones, and any special occasion.
Each cookie cake letter is specially designed based on your theme selection from the theme options below, and color schemes provided by you. It's truly a work of art created just for you. CHECKOUT NOTES:
In the notes at checkout, please include the letter you need baked. The cake base flavor from the choices available below, any fillings (extra*) if added, and your choice of either vanilla, chocolate or cream cheese icing. Additionally, please disclose any food-allergies, favorite colors and any other details that will help me personalize your letter or number cake. Lastly, please check availability with me first, then include the date and time we discussed in the notes for your pickup appointment. Please refer to my operational hours listed below. Thank you.

• Custom Theme: It's more specific to creating custom design garnishes which are more delicate and time intensive, along with specialized ingredients.

SERVINGS:
(Estimated servings will vary based on the cut of your slices and varies per individual letter, Straight-Cut 1" x 2" for wedding servings or Straight-Cut 1½" x 2" for Party servings.)

• Packaged in a 14"x10" or 19"x14" or bakery box
LETTER SERVING SIZES:
It's important to note, that all letters are wildly different in size and style and all are not created equal. Some of the letters are narrow, but many are wide, which requires double of everything just as a double-digit cookie cake. Monogram letters cannot be compared to numbers sizes, as the letters are much wider and different in style, thus each letter requires more or less ingredients. Another factor is, regardless of size, the price of the use of fresh flowers and other seasonal ingredients does not change based on whether it's one letter or two. I don't have the option to only buy a few flowers, it's all or nothing--the price is the same. I do my best to accommodate the customer's request, however, I find local resources to accommodate such request at the best prices available at time of project. With all of this in mind, the prices are set to meet all letters, even though many require more baking ingredients, as I can't individually price each letter in the alphabet. I hope this helps explain the price variation from monogram to number cookie cakes. Thank you.
